Bespoke has done its annual survey of its readership—mostly retail, split between brokers and high net worth—and the early results are, as ever, interesting.
One of their questions was about where we are in the AI boom. The survey response, so far, is worth noting on two levels:
- It implicitly concedes that this AI moment is is a boom that will likely turn to bust
- Responses to such questions are almost always lagging and contrarian indicators of where we actually are
